WeRadiate offers hardware, software and data services to our compost customers. Customers with support agreements can receive assistance by working with their project manager or compost operator. If you have received a WeRadiate product as part of some other product, and you’re encountering problems, you are encouraged to contact the vendor of that product for support, if possible. They have generally integrated our products with other software, and they’re better able to provide support that is specific to your problem.
